The Gene Haas Foundation

Gene Haas, founder and owner of Haas Automation, Inc., established the Gene Haas Foundation in 1999 to help the needs of the local community by making donations to local organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs, Food Share, Rescue Mission, and others.

The Foundation recently has broadened its goal to include support for manufacturing training programs in North America and beyond. By offering scholarship funds, sponsoring individual and team CNC competitions, and partnering with the world's leading CNC training programs, the Foundation contributes to the global availability of high-quality manufacturing technology training.

Every year, the Gene Haas Foundation provides millions of dollars to manufacturing education and community initiatives. In 2022, the Gene Haas Foundation provided more than $27 million in grants, bringing the total since establishment to more than $175 million.
